Duties include conducting financial modeling on various financial products as well as measuring, analyzing, and forecasting performance in conjunction with operating plans, advising management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives, and preparing reports for management. This Financial Analyst role is located in the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and it is a permanent employment opportunity. Then you may want to explore this business partner opportunity on a dynamic team.What you get to do every day:- Recognize potential risks and opportunities while analyzing performance to date- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Accounting and Operations to ensure plans are executed properly- Track of monthly and quarterly performance by comparing actuals versus expectations to ensure business partners handle their resources r- Enable successful Business Intelligence (BI) to deliver valuable foresight and decision support- Collaborate with senior executives on strategic deep dives on creating financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, event tracking and execution, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, and strategic resource allocation, and prioritization- Compile and monitor forecasting reports- Support Area/Segment-level Bookings on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis, as well as P& L forecasting- Have a thorough understanding of internal and external drivers and be able to explain how they are impacting performance and trending- Work closely with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close processes- The ideal candidate should be a highly flexible individual who is comfortable with large amounts of information and adept at managing expectations- Propel monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions necessaryIf interested in learning more about this exciting opportunity, please contact Jesseca McCalla at 405-876-7338.
