Coach/mentor direct report (analyst) Continuously improve reports, processes and tools to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the FP&A function Conduct ad hoc analyses and support strategic initiatives as needed, demonstrating a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant financial role.
