Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Aid Counselor at Missouri Valley College. The Financial Aid Counselor will be responsible for providing financial aid counseling to students, assisting with enrollment management, and ensuring compliance with Title IV regulations. The role also involves conducting outreach to prospective students and providing excellent customer service related to student financial aid.
Qualifications
- Finance and Student Financial Aid knowledge
- Experience in Customer Service
- Enrollment Management skills
- Understanding of Title IV regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organization skills
- Ability to effectively work in a team
- Experience in higher education or financial aid counseling is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
