Trinity College seeks a staff that reflects the changing demographics of our student body. Reporting to the Associate Director, the Financial Aid Counselor assists in upholding the highest levels of customer service to all Trinity students as it relates to institutional aid processes, timelines, and communication supporting the recruitment, enrollment, and retention of Trinity applicants and students. The Financial Aid Counselor is a key member of the enrollment team, utilizing broad knowledge of policy and practices in admissions and financial assistance. The position may often be the first point of contact with Trinity College, and therefore, must become familiar with college personnel, operations, and events, and be capable of creating a positive first impression of the College. The Financial Aid Counselor will join a service-oriented team and is responsible for counseling students and parents in all areas of financial aid.
