Background & Purpose Of The Job
As a vital part of the Home Care North America Finance team, the Associate Finance Manager - Business Partnering will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy. You will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams, as well as cross-functional partners, to drive growth, profitability, and informed decision-making.
Who You Are & What You'll Do
In this dynamic role, you'll excel at managing multiple priorities while developing business cases and conducting scenario planning alongside your partners. Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting The Development Of Innovation Business Cases
Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to evaluate new business opportunities and innovative projects.
Analyzing potential revenue streams, cost structures, and market trends to craft comprehensive business cases justifying product investments.
Offering financial insights and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.
Financial Modeling And Scenario Analysis
Creating advanced financial models to assess various business scenarios and their potential impact on the portfolio.
Conducting sensitivity analysis and stress testing to evaluate decision impacts on financial performance and assist in risk mitigation strategies.
Strategic Planning
Contributing to the development of long-term strategic plans by providing financial expertise and insights.
Evaluating investment opportunities, conducting scenario analysis, and assessing the financial implications of strategic initiatives.
Business Partnership
Establishing strong relationships across the business and with cross-functional partners to understand their financial needs and objectives.
Providing financial guidance and support to facilitate informed decision-making and drive business success.
Profitability Enhancement
Identifying opportunities to enhance profitability through cost optimization, pricing strategies, and revenue maximization efforts.
Analyzing product and customer profitability to pinpoint improvement areas and develop targeted strategies for margin expansion and sustainable growth.
What You'll Need To Succeed
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
6 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, and strategic planning.
Prior experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Location and Travel:
Preferred Location: Northeastern United States (Englewood Cliffs, NJ or Burlington, VT)
Open to Remote Work: Yes (based in Northeast preferred)
Willingness to Travel: Approximately 20% of the time
Pay, Bonus, Long-Term Incentive, And Benefits
Pay Range: $84,400 to $126,600
Bonus Eligibility: Yes
