Being a Field Service Engineer identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures. Orders and replaces parts as needed. Additionally, Field Service Engineer develops detailed service reports to document service visits, issues, and troubleshooting actions and logs and tracks maintenance activities. Answers basic customer questions about product features. May provide some customer training. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Principal Service Solutions is hiring Experienced Field Service Engineers in the semiconductor industry who will be performing modification, installation, servicing, and maintaining semiconductor equipment in a manufacturing facility.
The Shift is Monday - Friday Days 10 Hrs. a day.
We are searching for detail-oriented people with previous semiconductor tool experience and a strong work ethic who are looking for an opportunity to expand their tool knowledge.
Experience with OHV, AMHS, Stockers, Murata, Daifuku, AMAT, LAM TEL, etc. desired.
