Executive Recruiter screens, interviews, and recommends prospective employees for employment in executive or senior management positions. Works with executive search firms or other placement agencies to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool. Being an Executive Recruiter develops employment offers with competitive compensation, benefits, and relocation terms to present to candidates. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Executive Recruiter may require SHRM certification. Typically reports to a manager. The Executive Recruiter occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
