Executive Assistant provides multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of an executive's time and productive interactions with staff and the public. Handles a wide range of administrative and support tasks and independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects, information, and people. Being an Executive Assistant manages the executive's schedule, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, and complex travel arrangements. Conducts research and information gathering on behalf of the executive and prepares summaries and reports. Additionally, Executive Assistant develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization. Uses discretion, judgment, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive's activities and maintain confidentiality. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to a busy family with children aged 3, 10, and 16.
- Utilize extensive professional nanny experience to ensure the well-being and care of the children.
- Engage as a self-starter and team player to manage daily household tasks efficiently.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including tidying up, organizing, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Prepare meals for the family and assist with meal planning and grocery shopping as needed.
- Manage family laundry and ensure clothing and linens are clean and well-organized.
- Run errands such as picking up groceries, dry cleaning, and other household necessities.
- Utilize reliable transportation to transport children as needed (reimbursement provided).
Requirements:
- Extensive professional nanny experience is required.
- Flexibility is essential as this family is navigating new business ventures.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Strong team player mindset, willing to collaborate with other household members.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to use it for transporting children.

- CPR certified, clean background check and driving record and a minimum of 3 references
Compensation is $25-$30hr. based on experience and 2 weeks PTO
