About the role
The Ethics & Compliance Senior Manager will be a key member of the Balfour Beatty Investments’ Ethics & Compliance Team and will assist with the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the Balfour Beatty U.S. Ethics and Compliance Program. Primary duties will include developing and executing compliance monitoring and testing functions in collaboration with Balfour Beatty’s Operations Assurance Team; analyzing risk and misconduct data and preparing periodic reports on key program metrics; conducting risk assessment, post-investigation root cause analysis, and remediation activities; providing guidance to business stakeholders as a compliance subject matter expert, and undertaking and supporting other critical Ethics and Compliance-related initiatives. The position will report to the Balfour Beatty Investments VP of Ethics & Compliance.
