Requirements for a Director of Mission and Ministry:

• A practicing Catholic with the experience and commitment to advance the ministry of Catholic Healthcare.
• A master's degree from an accredited University, Seminary or equivalent, and two years of management experience preferred.
• Board certification by NACC, APC, or other governing organizations that follow the Common Standards of Professional Chaplaincy preferred.

Responsibilities for a Director of Mission and Ministry:

• Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of programs, activities, measures, and resources related to mission, core values, ethics, Catholic identity, formation and spiritual care, to ensure that the mission of the ministry is communicated effectively and integrated into all aspects of the organization.
• Manage the operation of all Pastoral Care deliverables including Catholic sacraments, daily Mass and other Catholic programs.
• Ensure that the resident needs of all faiths are met to achieve and preserve spiritual well-being.
