Ethics and Mission Integration Director incorporates the organization's mission, values, and philosophies into the operations, policies, and goals of the organization. Directs and develops education and training programs for employees and the community that communicate and reinforce the organization's value driven mission. Being an Ethics and Mission Integration Director reviews patient care outcomes and issues to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and ethics. Role/Purpose:
The Director of Mission Integration advances the mission of Cotter Schools through programs, activities, and instruction that foster spiritual development, adult understanding and expression of the faith, the integration of religion and life experience, the common prayer of the school faith community, and a dedication to service. This position oversees the Campus Ministry Department, serving the needs of our E-12 system, and collaborates with other Directors and Building Leaders to provide strategic leadership and vision to enhance, enliven, and promote the full integration of the mission into all aspects of Cotter Schools.
