As a Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our attorneys and assist with various legal tasks. Duties:
Duties include preparing estate planning and Trust Administration and other supporting documents, preparing and recording Deeds, preparing pleadings, assisting clients with transferring assets, forming entities, preparing client binders, setting up clients in database, billing time, taking referral calls and scheduling appointments. Heavy interaction with clients via meetings, phone and email.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an EP/Corporate Paralegal or similar role
- Strong knowledge of legal administrative procedures and practices
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
