Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft legal documents, including Wills, Trusts, and related estate planning documents and agreements
- Assist with legal administrative tasks such as document management and file organization
- Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop estate planning strategies
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice area
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing of The Florida Bar
- 2-3 years experience estate pplanning
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in legal drafting using WealthDocx is preferred
