Talimer client, an organization that proves unparalleled experiences and knowledge in the railroad industry, seeks a highly skilled IT Manager with expertise in cybersecurity, ERP implementation, and business analysis to join their company. The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring the security of our digital assets, leading the implementation of our ERP system, and providing strategic insights through business analysis.

Start Date: As soon as they find the right person

Duration: Full-time, Direct Hire

Location: Onsite in Grand Forks, ND (open to relocation assistance for right candidate)

Compensation: Competitive, salary commensurate with experience - max $115,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and protocols to protect the company's digital assets from cyber threats
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions for improvement
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to mitigate risks proactively
• Lead the planning, implementation, and customization of the ERP system to streamline business processes and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure system settings, and oversee data migration
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of the ERP system
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and data to identify opportunities for optimization and automation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations through data analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure reliability and performance
• Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with vendors, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to maximize value and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in cybersecurity and data protection
• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard sensitive information and ensure data integrity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience (5 Years) in IT Management roles with a focus on cybersecurity and ERP implementation
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica, Foundation, Microsoft Dynamics) and proficiency in system configuration and customization
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or ITIL are a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
