Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans for residents, ensuring their individual needs are met
- Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support
- Oversee the financial aspects of the facility, including budgeting and financial reporting
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication administration
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents, adhering to all regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with families to address any concerns or issues related to resident care
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in senior care and dementia care
Skills:
- Strong operations management skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
