ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration of an organization's ERP system to facilitate reliable performance, integrity, and security. Processes, validates, and maintains ERP data to ensure accurate system records. Being an ERP Administrator monitors ERP security and manages user access and permissions. Assists and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Tracks and manages support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues or bugs. Maintains, generates, and analyses ERP reports to support organizational planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Schedule
Responsibilities- Inpatient: 7 days on/7 days off, Wednesday-Tuesday 0700-1900 or 1900-0700
- Outpatient: Monday-Friday (0730-1630hrs or 0800-1700hrs or 0900-1800hrs)
- In addition to inpatient and outpatient schedules: Pharmacist shall be available for 24/7 shifts. Shift lengths will rotate between 8, 10, 11 or 12 hours and will not exceed 80 hours per two week pay period.
- Perform a full range of pharmacist procedures.
- Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical services within the personnel, supply, and equipment capabilities of the facility.
- Counsel patients regarding appropriate use of medications.
- Review patient profiles at the time of dispensing in order to closely monitor medication therapy.
- Ensure prescription directions for use, dose, medication interactions, therapeutic duplications or overlaps, allergy information, age specific dosage, and other pertinent data are appropriate for individual patients. Intervention with providers shall be made for noted discrepancy of above listed items.
- Compound medications as required.
- Ensure accuracy of all pharmaceutical products prepared or processed by technical staff.
- Supervise inventory control of all pharmaceuticals in the pharmacy, especially scheduled pharmaceuticals, and ensure pharmacy security. Maintain appropriate records and security of all scheduled controlled substances according to applicable regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:- Degree: Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy
- Education: Graduate from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE).
- Experience: One year of professional pharmacy experience after graduation.
- Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a pharmacist
- Security: Must possess ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance.
- Life Support Certification: Possess a current AHA OR ARC BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
