Equipment Director directs the management of company equipment including procurement activities, preventative maintenance, repair/replacement and safety assurance. Manages the records, licenses, inspections, warrantees, and service agreements for the organization's equipment and tools. Being an Equipment Director minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking. Document and tracks equipment performance throughout the product lifetime. Additionally, Equipment Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Equipment Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Jenner Equipment has been a locally owned family business since 1966. We are currently seeking a sales specialist, preferably with Bobcat and/or Kubota experience. We have competitive compensation, base salary plus commission. The position will involve but not limited to the following duties:
· Market and sell, new and used equipment.
· Equipment rental.
· Build and maintain long term relationships to maximize customer satisfaction within your territory.
· Complete and processes all sales, finance, and rental documentation.
· Deliver and demonstrate equipment to customers.
· Attend and work at trade shows.
· Appraise used equipment.
· Participate in training and obtain required certifications as requested.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
