- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies, Planning, or related field
- 7-15 years of professional experience with transportation NEPA documentation and other related environmental laws and requirements, including Section 4(f), Section 106, Section 6(f), and environmental justice
- Working knowledge of FHWA and/or FTA and PennDOT, MDOT SHA, and/or VDOT environmental policies and procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- High level of attention to detail and work quality
- Ability to work independently as well as in multi-disciplinary teams
