Responsibilities and Duties:
Reporting to Director of Operational Excellence in collaboration with the VP of Environmental, Health, and Safety, the Director of Environmental, Health and Safety is responsible for providing the RV Segment with strategic direction and leadership for EHS initiatives. This will include the overall framework and processes to drive to a stronger safety culture, development and implementation of the environmental, health, safety and social risk management programs for the organization.
Essential Functions
· Develop the strategy to manage environmental and safety compliance in conjunction with each Business Units throughout the RV Division
· Collaborate with our corporate team to improve our work environment to decrease Workers Compensation cost and guide others in claims management with partnership from corporate EHS Team.
· Develop, implement, and execution of a comprehensive health, safety, and environmental program throughout the RV Division. The implementation will be collaborative with each business unit
