-Position: Operations Supervisor

-Shift: Wednesday- Saturday / 6am-4:30pm – 10-hour shifts

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate needs the following:

 A minimum of 6 month’s experience operating

Looking for an individual that is high energy, the business acumen in a warehouse environment, and the ability to communicate with a team to deliver results for our customer. This candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience, apply, and develop skills through our OMS program to be a great leader. The candidate will promote safety at the site.  Performance will be managed & communicated with all associates to deliver KPI’s to the customer. Training & Feedback will be provided for all tasks assigned at the site. .

Job Description

In this Operations Supervisor role:

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred                       

• 0-3 years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, required     

• 1-2 years logistics industry experience preferred     

• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, required

• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, required
