Role: Enterprise Infrastructure Architect

Location : Cleveland, OH Onsite

Job Description

1. Collaborate closely with the customer Architect team and customer Strategic Planner teams to evaluate various approaches and provide recommendations to advance our architecture towards the target state.

2. Demonstrate a strategic mindset and a comprehensive understanding of the big picture across multi-year horizons, delivering insights with superior communication and presentation skills.

3. Optimize delivery timeframes by implementing LEAN methodologies, eliminating waste, and reducing lead time to value.

4. Ensure continuity of discussions by providing top-down, long-term customer architectural viewpoints to maintain persistent alignment across the organization.

5. Proven experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on technical solutions and strategic planning.

6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex technical solutions within a business context.

7. Proficiency in LEAN methodologies and experience in driving process optimization initiatives.

8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

9. Strategic mindset with the ability to envision long-term architectural goals and translate them into actionable plans.

10. Experience working in a collaborative environment and the ability to build consensus among cross-functional teams.

11. Well organized with ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision with quick learning skills.

12. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
