Enterprise Infrastructure Director manages and coordinates the information systems that will adequately support the organization's enterprise infrastructure. Monitors and manages all IT infrastructure projects to meet company and client needs. Being an Enterprise Infrastructure Director determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure design to handle expected growth. Implements policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure an organization's technology infrastructure. Additionally, Enterprise Infrastructure Director is responsible for monitoring the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance. May assist in network interface planning, hardware resource availability, and the development of new applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Enterprise Infrastructure Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Enterprise Infrastructure Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.   • Job Purpose:

    As the Director of Sales for Enterprise & Government Sales at Hawaiian Telcom you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market expansion in the telecommunications sector in Hawaii. Your primary focus will be on acquisition sales and revenue retention, with a keen eye on signaling strength and confidence both internally and externally.

    Essential Functions:

    - Leadership and Team Management (30%):

    • Provide visionary leadership to the Enterprise & Government Sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration.

    - Customer Relationship Management (25%):

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise and government clients in the local market, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
    • Identify customer needs and pain points, tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that address customer needs.

    - Sales Strategy and Execution (20%):

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue growth and market share in alignment with company objectives.
    • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
    • Drive sales pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal closure, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.

    - Sales Culture and Performance (15%):

    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability, implementing best practices and sales methodologies to drive performance excellence.
    • Implement sales enablement programs and tools to empower the sales team and enhance productivity and efficiency.
    • Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive individual and team success.

    Education:

    Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    Relevant Work Experience:

    8 to 10 years in related field

    Experience in enterprise or government sales, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.

    Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets in a high-performance sales environment.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, market trends, and customer needs in Oahu, Hawaii.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business results.
    • Highly organized with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

    Salary Range: $125,000 - $200,000
