What You'll Do:

Patient Support - Address and resolve patient billing questions with a positive attitude.

Collections - Ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.

Insurance Coordination - Contact insurance companies by phone and through websites to address denial reasons and reimbursement issues.

Claims Management - Dispute claims using medical records, appeal forms, and authorization numbers.

Workflow Prioritization - Manage daily tasks efficiently to ensure all claims are processed and paid on time.

Productivity Goals - Meet daily productivity targets and complete assigned responsibilities diligently.

Claim Submission - Submit insurance claims electronically, via websites, and paper with supporting documentation.

Follow-Up - Check claim statuses within 30 days and adjust claims as necessary.
