Engineering Director plans and directs all aspects of engineering activities and projects within an organization. Ensures all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established policies and objectives. Being an Engineering Director utilizes best practice engineering methods and provides expert technical guidance for engineering initiatives. Incorporates components, materials, and tools that result in cost-effective and quality output. Additionally, Engineering Director manages overall engineering budget and costs. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline. Typically reports to top management. The Engineering Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Job Summary
The Director, Engineering will enter Prove at a critical inflection point in its growth trajectory. You will be managing a newly formed group responsible for defining how customers interface with Prove solutions, including capabilities such as orchestration, portal, and intelligent policies. You will have a unique opportunity to scale Prove's products to new levels, while also bringing new products to market that capitalize on the immense opportunity in front of us. You will be responsible for setting and executing the technical direction for the engineering group while collaborating with Engineering & Data and Product leadership.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $195,000 - $215,000 plus company bonus. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
