Being an Energy Manager prepares annual budgets associated with conservation programs. May research alternative/renewable energy technologies and determine their feasibility and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, Energy Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Energy Manager work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Pay range: $99,300 to $162,600 per year

This position is responsible for leading the electric transmission Project Management Office (PMO) team and portfolio of projects from initiation to final execution. The manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of large complex projects and initiatives and is responsible for providing leadership and direction over a team of project managers. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a strong understanding of project management principles and able to effectively lead and coordinate with other functional groups to meet expected outcomes and strategic direction for large complex electric infrastructure projects.
