Being an Energy Manager prepares annual budgets associated with conservation programs. May research alternative/renewable energy technologies and determine their feasibility and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, Energy Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Energy Manager work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     About this position:

    This position is responsible for leading the electric transmission Project Management Office (PMO) team and portfolio of projects from initiation to final execution. The manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of large complex projects and initiatives and is responsible for providing leadership and direction over a team of project managers. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a strong understanding of project management principles and able to effectively lead and coordinate with other functional groups to meet expected outcomes and strategic direction for large complex electric infrastructure projects.

    About this job:

    • Coordinate and collaborate with multiple internal departments to accomplish objectives
    • Job time is spent in office and field environment with exposure to all field hazards and weather
    • Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
    • Travel up to 20%, including overnights and weekends
