  • The Trust Administrator will perform specialized administrative support within the Trust Department along with performing back up duties to the Trust Administrative Officer. The job functions include:

    Job Duties:

    • Assist in the daily administration of personal trust, investment accounts and custody accounts.
    • Assist with day to day account maintenance and input of client transactional data.
    • Be proactive with clients regarding account activity and status updates.
    • Maintain integrity of account information so as to produce timely and accurate client statements.
    • Assist with monitoring and meeting compliance issues on client accounts.
    • Assist on special projects and reports as required.
    • Represent the Bank in a courteous and professional manner.
    • Complying with privacy policies and procedures to maintain customer confidentiality and information protection.
    • Comply with all federal, state and local regulatory rules and regulations governing financial institutions, as well as all company policies and procedures.
    • Complete and pass all required regulatory compliance training as assigned.
    • Perform any additional duties and tasks assigned by management.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines.
    • Must possess exceptional interpersonal relationship and communication skills.

    Education, Experience & Licenses:

    • Associates degree preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years administrative/clerical experience.
    • Minimum 1 year experience with computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
