It will be your responsibility as a Relocation Sales Manager to drive ongoing growth. To achieve this, you'll employ strategic sales techniques to bring in fresh business, and you'll enable the sales staff to flourish by providing them with the guidance, tools, and encouragement they require.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement a thorough sales plan to meet and surpass revenue goals.
• Oversee a group of five or more sales representatives.
• Assist GMs and the VP of Sales in creating and implementing target strategies.
• Oversee the sales process with regard to target accounts, frequency of calls, pricing, and revenue projections.
• strengthen ties with clients and help close new business
• Make sure the CRM application is used to optimise the advantages.
• Conduct team member reviews on a quarterly and annual basis. Collaborate with the team to bring opportunities for new service development and innovation to the Executive Team's attention.
• liaison between marketing and sales for the creation of market programmes and market analysis
• Call regular meetings for the sales team.

Requirements:

• Requires a college degree
• Relocation and logistics industry experience is necessary.
• 5 years of experience in sales management, or equivalent.
• Outstanding analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• The capacity to lead and enable the implementation of both tactical and strategic sales initiatives.
• Strong background in CRM application management.
• Strong oral and written presentation and communication abilities.
