Emergency Infant Services is seeking a Deputy Director of Development to join our team!
Emergency Infant Services (EIS) is a not-for-profit organization that provides temporary assistance to children five and younger in the metro Tulsa area. EIS provides the most basic of needs: formula, clothing, and diapers, along with other children’s items. EIS provides support for thousands of infants and toddlers annually. Our mission is to meet the basic needs of infants and young children whose families are in crisis. Every family in our community facing hardships receives immediate help because a child in need cannot wait.
In the role of Deputy Director of Development, you will assist the Director in a wide range of fundraising activities. In collaboration with the Director of Volunteer Services, you will promote volunteer opportunities for individuals and groups, and oversee the tracking of volunteer hours. You will also seek the donation of in-kind goods such as diapers, wipes, infant formula, and other essential baby items. As a leader in the Development Department, this position also plays a key role in special events. To be successful in this position, you must embrace continuous learning to improve job skills, knowledge and performance.
