Emergency Services Director directs the staff and programs of the emergency services unit. Develops and introduces approved standards and guidelines for emergency service programs. Being an Emergency Services Director ensures quality care for patients. Role does not require M. Additionally, Emergency Services Director d. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Emergency Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Casual Guest Service Coordinator
Pay: $20-$21
The Urgency Room is looking to hire a casual Guest Coordinator. The casuals are required to work a minimum of 24 hours per month. Casuals will also be assigned to work 2 holidays per year.
Looking for individuals who have advanced skills with technology and are reliable to join our dynamic front desk team.
The Guest Coordinator act as the first point of contact between patients and guests of the Urgency Room, and makes patients and guests feel welcome and valued. The position uses practical judgment for initial triage and accurately registers patients for care (collects vital demographic information, verifies insurance coverage, collects applicable co-payments or past due balances). They support the initial rooming of patients and support front desk reception administrative tasks.
