Landmark Construction & Emergency Services is seeking a Assistant Accounting Clerk to become a part of our team!
The Assistant Accounting Clerk will support the accounts receivables department with administrative and financial tasks including but not limited to; generating invoices and account statements, maintaining accounting records by entering and updating information, filing financial records, mailing account statements, and following up with past due accounts. The Assistant Accounting Clerk will work with insurance and mortgage companies to resolve account balances.
This position will also serve as backup to the Accounts Receivables Clerk.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Reports to: Accounting Manager
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have computer and basic math skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Time Management skills.
- Attention to detail.
