Being an EAP Counselor conducts confidential assessments to determine the needs of employees seeking assistance. Provides short-term counseling and support services to employees and provides referrals to external resources when necessary. Additionally, EAP Counselor maintains accurate and confidential records of EAP services provided, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. POSITION SUMMARY:
The EAP Clinical Manager is responsible for managing and providing services for EAP accounts within the client book of business alongside the Director, EAP Solutions. The EAP Clinical manager is responsible for clinical quality management and supervision of the clinical staff, providing confidential counseling and guidance. Services provided will include counseling services, training and facilitation of workshops, consultation, critical incident response, and program promotion. This role is 90% client facing and consists of 10% administrative duties.
