1. The Document Imaging III position is responsible for Imaging files for main campus as well as files for International department/SEGI Transcripts and Graduate School as required.
2. Responsible for assisting in creating, editing, and maintaining Document Imaging Training Manual.
3. Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving Document Imaging issues for all sites and working with the IT department when issues arise.
4. Assists with informing all users/sites of any outages for DI system.
5. Responsible for training and approving all users of the Document Imaging system, and assisting in the approval of print rights for users.
6. Creating user ID’s in Datatel for files with missing or not yet created files.
7. Works closely with the IT Department and Document Imaging supervisor to assure that the DI program is operational and running smoothly.
8. Responsible for duties in AEC including daily Transfer Credit evaluation, date entry of transfer credit, printing reports, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Three years experience in an office setting with training, technical and troubleshooting experience,
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, and ability to work with University personnel and students
4. Proficiency with personal computers and in the use of computer applications such as Microsoft Office products
5. Excellent typing and word processing skills
6. Ability to to work independently in a multi-task oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred. Experience in student services, Application Xtender, Student records and/or (Ellucian)Colleague preferred
