Document Control Analyst jobs in Minnesota

This role will be in charge of maintaining engineering documents for design and process changes along with maintaining and updating SAP for associated materials, BOM, and data changes. We are looking for a person who is passionate about organization, and enjoys a role that will ask you to communicate and partner with employees in different departments on a daily basis to complete your tasks accurately and efficiently.

This is a hybrid opportunity 4x days on site per week.

Responsibilities

• Document and catalogue document changes to design and process changes within engineering
• Make necessary updates to BOMs, SAP, work instructions, and any other documentation required
• Author, edit, and revise engineering documents according to company processes and standards
• Maintain an organized workflow of information, tasks, and notifications

Desired Skills And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required, an AS or BS in a related field is a plus (English, Communications, etc...)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in configuration management, document control, quality specialist, or technical writing in a manufacturing setting
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with ERP Systems, preferably SAP
