Job / duties / Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Answer and screen incoming telephone calls pleasantly.
Work directly under the Office Manager
Proficient with computers
Perform general office functions, to include sorting mail, data input, and file maintenance
Create and disseminate client welcome packets
Creat and send prospective client information
Prepare client and caregiver files
Coordinate caregiver interview schedule
Create new-hire packets and disseminate employee handbooks
Input caregiver data into database
Monitor workflow processes to ensure compliance with business and state standards are met
Assist in monthly audits of personnel records
Qualifications :
High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred
Minimum of two years of relevant experience in an office setting
Previous experience in billing with Medicaid insurance
Staffing scheduling experience
Familiar with a variety of home care and healthcare concepts, practices, and procedures
Excellent organizational skills
Team-oriented disposition and mindset
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
