I am looking to expand my firm into the Net Lease Investment Sales space. We have offices in Newport Beach, CA, Huntsville, AL, and Denver, CO but are open to hiring remote as well, and opening additional locations. MHP Brokerage was founded on January 7th, 2022, and since then we have closed over 200 transactions with deal sizes ranging from $1MM-$100MM per transaction, with a volume in excess of $600,000,000. We started with a team of 5, and are now 26. I am looking for leaders that are looking to take the next step in growing into a top producer, and team lead role. The company provides all the resources you need to be successful, has researchers working 160 hours a week to find owner contact info, our splits never reset, we do things to incentivize our brokers such as offering an extra 5% if you get a deal closed in a certain month, or an I Pad for top caller of the month. The commission split for this position will be 75%/25% no reset. If you have a team or aspire to hire one, each time your Junior associate you supervise closes a deal, the company will give you 30% of the revenue they bring, and you will get paid each time they close a deal as you would any other deal.

We have agents that have converted from residential to commercial and have been very successful. We have agents that have made north of $100,000 net to them on their first closing. We have agents that have closed over 25 deals in their first two years and have nearly made 7 figures in commission that started as new agents with us.
