Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our team for the summer. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our window washing services directly to residential and commercial clients in Kalamazoo. This is a commission-only position, offering unlimited earning potential for driven individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door sales in residential and commercial areas in Kalamazoo.
• Present and promote our window washing services to potential clients.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and client information.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated and self-driven with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
