The Video Production Lead will supervise a team who systematically creates high-quality video production, product and editorial photography and produce live events that support the needs of DMP.

Qualifications:

• Creative experience in filmmaking, videography, photography, and live production.
• Experience in managing pre-production and post-production teams.
• Excellent verbal communication skills; able to convey confidence and empathy with all communications.
• Experience with pre-production work, including the development of schedules, story board and script creation, budget estimating and budget/schedule management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in different stages of production at once.
• Ability to lead a team who can handle pop-up projects and consistently delivering long term ongoing projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Receive and understand various project requests, assess specific requirements and deliverables, and estimate project completion dates.
2. Meet with subject experts to understand a clear purpose for project creation and strategy.
3. Outline, storyboard and write scripts.
4. Lead a team by assigning tasks and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery.
5. Supervise and manage daily activities of the video/photo team.
6. Work closely with other departments and senior leadership to understand and meet needs.
7. Set and manage team to annual budget goals.
8. Coach, train, and develop team members and provide career development planning and opportunities.
9. Creates and maintains videos for product releases, sales features and various sales, marketing and technical training initiatives individually and/or with the team as necessary.
