Your Role:

As a Staff Digital Design Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design and development of next-generation digital subsystems. You will work from concept to mass production, ensuring our devices meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and develop digital and DSP IP blocks within our mixed-signal ICs
• Verify your designs in a directed test environment and support UVM verification efforts
• Support tape-out and post-silicon activities, including validation, characterization, and production test
• Mentor junior engineers and lead small teams

Your Qualifications:

• MS in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of experience or PhD with 3 years of experience in digital system design
• Working knowledge of Verilog RTL language
• Expertise in digital design flow from architecture, RTL design, verification, and synthesis
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Digital Signal Processing (DSP): Strong DSP skills, knowledge of high-level modeling tools (e.g., Simulink, Matlab), and experience implementing IIR and FIR filters.
• Microprocessor & State-Machine: Expertise in microprocessor and complex state-machine development, including ARM processors, buses, peripherals, etc.
