May require an associate's degree or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being a Detective/Investigator, Except Public is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Keep buildings clean and orderly. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may also include wiping down surface areas, sanitizing toys, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of the need for repairs, and cleaning debris from the outside area (small amount of trash that blows on property).
