    Position Summary

    The Decision Support Analyst is an exciting opportunity at MultiCare, acting as supportive analytic report developer and business analyst. In this role you will present complex data to stakeholders and consumers through reports, dashboards and visualizations, ensuring effective data communications and performance goals.

    Responsibilities

    • You will utilize various reporting and business intelligence platforms in support of supply develop analytics
    • You will support and drive improvement within all functional areas related to supply chain
    • You will develop “best practice” recommendations by partnering with management and outside organizations, examining data and identifying trends
    • You will solve complex problems; escalate high priority issues or risks, as appropriate; and recognize and capitalize on improvement opportunities

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, project management, healthcare administration or clinical field required
    • Or an Associate’s degree plus two years of additional experience in data analytics may be considered
    • Minimum two (2) years of experience leading large, diverse, complex data analytics based projects
    • Experience with Material Management IT systems preferred

    Pay and Benefit Expectations

    We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $81,245.00 - $116,938.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
