Pinecrest Inspirada is looking for an experienced educator for the position of Dean. Salary 70-75k based on experience.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• Valid Nevada teaching license with Administrative Leadership Endorsement
• Master's Degree
• Five years of successful teaching experience
• Possesses the ability to pass a pre-employment criminal history background check and fingerprinting.

Additional Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of restorative justice and progressive discipline
• Knowledge of regulations and state statutes regarding student discipline
• Knowledge of treatment agreements and behavior functions
• Experience working with special student populations, including students with developmental disabilities and GATE students
• Demonstrates proficiency in communication, both oral and written, among parents, students, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Demonstrates proficiency in technology integration
• Familiarity with Infinite Campus
• Inspires trust and models high standards of integrity
• Is a “team player” who inspires others by example

Responsibilities

• Enforce school regulations and policies in regards to student discipline
• Establish and maintain 504 plans
• Manage student discipline
• Student supervision during the school day
• Establish and maintain school wide behavior expectations

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
