Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with lead copywriters, account managers, clients, and other stakeholders to understand their business goals, target audiences, and market trends.
• Develop comprehensive advertising and marketing strategies that incorporate both creative messaging and channel selection to achieve client objectives.

Campaign Execution:

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings to generate ideas and concepts for advertising campaigns.
• Develop copy that aligns with ongoing messaging strategies for a variety of clients.

Content Creation:

• Write and edit advertising copy that engages audiences and aligns with the overall campaign strategy.
• Ensure that copy is optimized for different platforms and channels, including SEO considerations for digital content.

Client Collaboration:

• Establish strong working relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor on creative and strategic matters.
• Present and pitch creative concepts and strategies to clients, addressing their feedback and concerns.

Research and Analysis:

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree or higher is a plus).
• Proven experience in copywriting and advertising, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms, marketing channels, and digital trends.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, including creative software and project management tools.
