Role Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic and driven marketer who is passionate about crafting effective marketing strategies and executing impactful initiatives. As our Marketing Manager, you will manage client marketing deliverables, lead our own marketing efforts, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities:
- Brand Management: Help lead Flo. Marketing’s brand refresh, executing brand activations strategies, and maintaining Flo.’s marketing efforts across platforms.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with Flo.’s leadership to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve the client’s business objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
- Marketing Management: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and programs, including brand activations, content, digital marketing, public relations, sales enablement, and more to elevate our client’s brands and marketing programs.
- Marketing Program Execution: Manage the creation, execution, and performance of integrated marketing programs, measuring their effectiveness and optimizing for better results. This includes owned, earned, and paid media.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary relationship holder for key client accounts, developing strategic partnerships and advancing business opportunities.
- Client Communication: Organize client meetings, set agendas, and deliver feedback to the internal team as necessary. Delegate client deliverables and communicate necessary scope and deadline requirements.
- Creative Development: Serve as creative lead for client deliverables, including drafting creative briefs for execution, managing the feedback loop, and ensuring timely deliverables.
- Content Strategy: Lead and refine content strategies, ensuring a consistent and engaging narrative across all platforms that align with the brand and business goals. Collaborate and coordinate PR & event activities.
- Social Media Marketing: Oversee and execute social media strategies for both Flo. Marketing and client accounts, ensuring active engagement and alignment with marketing goals. This includes designing and writing social posts.
- Digital Marketing Regularly update client websites, ensuring content is fresh, accurate, and optimized for user engagement and SEO. Execute on CRM, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Sales Enablement: Create marketing collateral and presentations that effectively enable sales from awareness through customer marketing.
- Team Collaboration: Cultivate great relationships with our partners and internal team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment as needed. Build strong partnerships with Flo.'s external resources, including the freelance and agency partner programs.
- Reporting: Manage and forecast key account metrics, preparing detailed reports on account status and marketing progress.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of combined experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Proven experience in strategic marketing and brand management.
- Strong knowledge of clean energy, digital infrastructure, and emerging tech industries.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop and execute integrated sales and marketing plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in person and remotely.
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign, G-Suite, Slack, Asana, & Hubspot.
- Preferred experience with Webflow & SproutSocial.
- Start-up experience is a plus.
