Summary of Job:
The Sr. Analyst, CRM Campaigns is responsible for managing, defining and creating collections of data related to guests or prospects of Vail Resorts, and delivering refined versions of this data as lists to be used for marketing initiatives across the organization. This includes managing multiple projects simultaneously to compile campaign lists, drive segmentation methodology, develop campaign list automation, perform ad hoc analysis & manage the VR customer database for all email, direct, & outbound marketing initiatives. The Sr. Analyst will utilize their knowledge and expertise to develop and improve processes, implement best practices for data handling and cleansing, advise IT partners on marketing data staging and delivery and mentor other members of the campaign management and CRM teams in these best practices.
