The primary focus would be to provide SQL Server database support and monitoring, as well as system administrator functions involving VMware, SQL Sentry, and other Microsoft technologies. Additionally, this individual will be involved in establishing a Data Lake in Azure for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
Direct SQL server knowledge and experience (installation, configuration, performance tuning,
security, maintenance).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft based technologies, including SQL Server / Windows 7/10,
Windows 2012/2016/2019.
Experience with VMware or other virtualization technologies required.
Experience on Azure databases and other Azure services is required.
