Receiving and Inventory Specialist

Our Receiving and Inventory Specialist position is essential to the success of warehouse operations and to our high customer service levels.

You will perform numerous jobs functions daily. Some job functions are routine while others are specific to the operations of our WMS (Warehouse Management System).

Job Functions:

• Verify the accuracy of inbound and shipments ·
• Use an RF device and Computer Terminal to enter data into our WMS System using standard procedures .
• Conduct Inventory Cycle Counts as directed.
• Ensure Receiving and Inventory transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner ·
• Use a Reach Truck and Order Picker
• Be flexible, positive and willing to react to changing priorities driven by Customer requirements ·
• Learn additional Clerical functions to act as backup as needed.
• Reports to an onsite, readily available Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
• Able to work between: 7am-5:30pm
• Certified on Reach Truck and Order Picker
• Experience working in a warehouse.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management Systems
• Need to be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Excel and Word
