Position Summary: The Director of Total Rewards directs the planning, design, implementation, and administration of compensation, benefits, wellness, and employee health functions of the organization.
What you’ll do:
About you:
7- 10 years' experience in managing a total rewards function overseeing compensation, benefits, and employee total rewards programs
Proven ability to think strategically and innovatively around total rewards
Knowledge of pay transparency requirements
Knowledge of legislation governing benefit plans (ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, GDPR), as well as applicable State and Federal employment law
Strong business and financial acumen to identify and implement cost-effective programs
Advanced problem-solving, process improvement, and change management skills, with the ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively
Excellent communication skills
Experience working with all levels within an organization is required.
Experience in most HR core functions such as recruitment, total rewards, compliance, etc. is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required, as well as HRIS knowledge.
Education: Bachelor in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is required. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
Certification: HR Certification [PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, CCP, etc.] is preferred.
