We are currently looking for a Data Science & Analytics Manager to support Financial Services in Minneapolis, MN.

As a Data Science & Analytics Manager, you will focus on understanding your clients’ business needs, realities, and pain points, becoming their trusted advisor in the realm of data. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

• Client Needs Assessment: You will work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements, challenges, and objectives related to data and analytics. This involves identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Conceptual Solutions and Architectures: You will define conceptual solutions, architectures, and operating models. This includes designing strategies to leverage data effectively, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Project and Program Management: You will manage various data and analytics projects and programs from end to end. This involves overseeing project lifecycles, resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables.
• Data Science and Machine Learning: As part of your role, you’ll apply data science techniques and machine learning models to extract valuable insights from data. This includes exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model selection, and evaluation.
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA): You’ll also leverage RPA tools and techniques to automate repetitive tasks, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency. Collaborating with RPA developers and business analysts, you’ll identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
• Team Leadership: As a manager, you’ll lead teams of data specialists. You’ll collaborate with them to produce high-quality project deliverables, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
• Business Insights and Problem Solving: You’ll analyze purchase trends, customer data, and other relevant information to gain valuable business insights. Your role is to develop strategies that address challenges logically and creatively.
