    - Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
    - Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize efficiency and accuracy
    - Design and create data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using tools such as Tableau
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives
    - Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data integrity
    - Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to support business decision-making processes
    - Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

    ```Skills```
    - Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
    - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
    - Experience with business analysis techniques and methodologies
    - Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management principles
    - Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    - Ability to write VBA macros for automation tasks in Excel
    - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions
    - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

    Preferred Skills:
    - Experience with predictive analytics or forecasting techniques
    - Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis
    - Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Visio
