We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will play a vital role in supporting the accounting and quality departments by accurately entering and maintaining data related to financial transactions and quality control processes.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Data Entry- Input and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and expense reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
- Reconcile discrepancies in financial data and assist in resolving any related issues.
- Enter data related to quality control processes, including product testing results, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in maintaining records of product specifications, batch records, and quality assurance protocols.
- Filing of production retains by numerical item codes.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining retain sample libraries.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting and quality departments as needed, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Assist in generating reports and compiling data for analysis and review by departmental managers.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Proficiency in data entry and accuracy in numerical data processing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
